Dispatched to your Door

We aim to deliver our doors within 10 to 14 working days. However, during busy times, we may require slightly longer to fulfill your order. If you have a specific date by which you require your delivery to be completed, please call the office on 0121 328 1643 before placing your order. Once your order is placed, we will email you to confirm your delivery date and where possible advise you regarding either a morning or afternoon delivery slot.

How are delivery charges calculated

Delivery charges are calculated based on the total value of your order. We apply a £25 delivery charge per £100 (or part thereof) of doors ordered.
How will my doors be delivered

At JMF Doors, we're committed to offering excellent customer service. That's why the majority of our deliveries are handled by our trusted local courier, Lotus.
Lotus Delivery Service

Our deliveries through Lotus are scheduled between 8am and 6pm, with every effort made to accommodate specific time slots. To ensure your convenience, Lotus will give you a courtesy call approximately 1 hour before your delivery is due to arrive.
DX for Small Orders

For smaller orders, we work with DX for efficient delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that while DX provides reliable service, we're unable to offer exact time slots for their deliveries.
