Returns and Refunds

Please check your goods upon receipt and notify us straightaway in case of damage. We reserve the right to issue a refund if damage is not reported within 24 hrs of receiving your doors. Any alterations to your order should be communicated as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. As our doors are all made to measure, we cannot refund you once your doors are in production. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
